Due to the large spike in usage, Canvas Studio may take longer than normal to encode media. Media will still encode and upload, it may just take slightly longer than normal. Instructure is aware of and working on the issue.
On March 12th, 2020 some users were experiencing errors when trying to navigate to Quizzes, Discussions, and Modules starting at 9:18pm. The issue was resolved by 9:43 pm the same day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact CIRT.
On March 28th from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. many of the Pearson integrations will be down for maintenance. Students and instructors will either see an explanatory splash page, or potentially see an error. An alert will also be posted in the Pearson courseware 72 hours ahead of time.
