Some Users were Experiencing Long Load Times when Accessing Canvas [RESOLVED]

Delay in Sending Canvas Notifications and long load times [RESOLVED]

Starting today at 10:37 a.m. EST, some users were experiencing long load times when accessing Canvas and notifications were failing to send. Updates in 3-21-2020 Production Release
