On Monday, March 15th 2021, some users attempting to log into all UNF systems (including Canvas) experienced a DUO authentication error message. This issue was traced to the DUO vendor, then to Microsoft’s Azure service. The issue was intermittent and did not affect all UNF users. It was resolved by Tuesday morning.
