[Resolved] aPlus Attendance Error Message

UPDATE 3:40pm | The issue appears to have been vendor-related: aPlus was not recognizing Term start/end dates. Vendor updated tool and the tool should be working again.


 

ORIGINAL MESSAGE | Users of the aPlus+ Attendance may be experiencing an error message when attempting to access the tool (see attached image). CIRT is aware of this issue and is currently working on a solution. Updates will be posted here.
