There is currently an issue when using the Screen casting option of Canvas studio; it will encode, but will not upload the video. CIRT is currently working with Instructure on resolving the issue.
We will update as we get more information.
UPDATE: This issue seems specific to connections on the UNF campus. Uploading works fine on other networks, and we are currently working on resolving the issue.
Resolution: The network has been updated, and screen recording upload should now function on the UNF campus. It may require that the screen recording software is removed and then re-installed on to the computer.
