When students attempt to access a Collaboration with Office365, they seem to be getting an error that will say either an expected error has occurred, or that they are not allowed to view the content.
CIRT is working with ITS in order to get this issue resolved. Updates will be posted as they become available.
UPDATE 8/29/2019 – The issue has been identified, and It is possible that this issue is impacting more functionality than just collaborations. It may also be impacting the embed and share functions. CIRT and ITS are continuing to work on resolving this error.
