Canvas sent the following message to admins at 10:42AM 1/24,
“Canvas reached normal performance again at 8:19 AM MT (10:19 AM ET, 7:19 AM PT). We sincerely apologize for the trouble this incident caused for your users”
As of 10:18AM Wednesday, Jan. 24th Canvas has reported slowness and longer than normal load times for some of its users. Canvas is aware of the problem and have reported it on their status page, see below. We will continue to post updates as we receive them.
