@4:30AM 1/14/2018 Canvas Support reported they experienced problems with their phone system that prevented them from receiving support calls for 3 hours. Canvas’s original statement:
“Hi Admins —
Phone Support was unavailable or intermittent from 9:14 PM until 12:15 AM MST this morning affecting both incoming and outgoing calls. We immediately initiated contact with our service provider to begin investigating. Both Chat and Online submission Support options we’re available during this time, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your users. We appreciate your patience as this issue was worked through.
