At 6:17PM Spring 2018 enrollments have been restored, previous term and non-term based enrollments are still being worked on.
At 4:50PM the Spring 2018 enrollments are still processing.
At 3:01PM user accounts have been restored in Canvas, but course enrollments are still being worked on.
As of 1:10PM Wednesday, Feb. 21st users are unable to access Canvas. When attempting to access Canvas some users receive the following message, “Canvas doesn’t have an account for user: “. If you are an instructor and are able to access Canvas you may see that your student enrollments are affected.
ITS is aware of the problem and they are investigating now.
