We have received reports regarding error messages when trying to grade in the Canvas SpeedGrader.\u00a0 Canvas is aware of the issue and recently sent out the following email to campus admins.<\/p>\n

“Hello Admins<\/em><\/p>\n

Users continue to see error messages when trying to view documents in Canvas Speedgrader. This isn’t happening on every attempt to view a document, but it’s happening on too many, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble this is causing\u2014especially for teachers using Speedgrader to score submissions. Our engineers are working actively with our partners on this issue. We will provide an update at the end of the day.<\/em><\/p>\n
