Between 10 am and 11:30 am on August 17, 2020, users were unable to use the Office 365 LTI for any course content in Canvas due to a high volume of requests.<\/p>\n

Instructure became aware of the issue, and implemented a fix at 10:50 am, and users were able to access the tool again by 11: 30 am.<\/p>\n
