The Live Agent tool our support team uses to chat with your users will be undergoing maintenance on Sunday, September 25th from 12:00 AM (6:00 AM UTC) to 12:30 AM (6:30 AM UTC). The chat service will not be available during this time, but our support team will be standing by to accept phone calls and cases submitted over the web or through Service Cloud.
