Some Users were Experiencing Long Load Times when Accessing Canvas [RESOLVED]

At 9:15 a.m. March 31, 2020 some users were experiencing longer than expected load times when accessing Canvas.

A fix was implemented at 11:09 a.m., and was resolved at 5:50 p.m. on March 31st, 2020.
