There is currently an issue with Turnitin where it does not show the similarity report to students until a grade is entered for the assignment, even if the setting is set to show the report immediately. The issue has been reported to the vendor and this post will be updated when the issue is resolved.
UPDATE: An ETA hasn’t yet been determined, but both Turnitin and Instructure engineers are working on a fix for this issue.
UPDATE 7/30: A fix for this behavior is being reviewed by the Instructure QA Team.
RESOLVED 8/1: A fix for the post policies has been implemented.
