Due to an unprecedented volume of requests coming to Canvas application servers, Instructure’s data sharing process has experienced some data loss on 8/24, 8/25, and 8/26. They are estimating only a 20% loss, and are still able to deliver partial request data for those dates. Instructure does not have a way to restore the lost data, but is working on restoring the data pipeline.
