5/15/2017 – Canvas Support Phone Quality Issue (resolved)

At 3:20PM on Monday, May 15th Canvas informed us of an issue they were experiencing with their support team’s phone system.  They reported the issue fixed, same day, at 4:20PM.  Below is the original message.

The phone system used by our Canvas Support team is currently having trouble, keeping some of our agents from logging in to accept calls. Those agents who are able to login are noting issues with quality in the call.  We are working with our telephony provider to resolve this as quickly as possible.  If you need to get in touch with us during this time, please submit a help request ticket to us via the Help Menu in Canvas or your ticketing system, or email us at support@instructure.com.  We’ll let you know of any updates to this issue as soon as we can.
