Students and Instructors will be unable to access their courses during the entire maintenance window. Pearson will post a message 72 hours before the maintenance on the sign-on pages for my lab and mastering, and a splash page about the maintenance work will show during that time.

MyLab/Mastering registration issues – RESOLVED https://canvaskb.cirtunf.org/issue/mylab-mastering-registration-issues/ Wed, 28 Aug 2019 14:14:21 +0000 https://canvaskb.cirtunf.org/?p=1264 Intermittently, when students attempt to register for MyLabs/Mastering from Pearson they are getting a blank page.

Pearson is aware of and working on the issue. Updates will be provided as they become available.

August 29th, 2019: Pearson has announced that they have pushed a fix and the issue should now be resolved.

On Saturday, April 15 from 12 am to 9 am EST, WileyPLUS new student registration and purchase, as well as instructor new class section creation will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled upgrades of the WileyPLUS data center.

Students and instructors with active WileyPLUS accounts will not be impacted, and will be able to access their course materials.
