Update 9:17am: In the meantime, if instructors are having issues viewing or downloading files in Canvas SpeedGrader, it is still possible to download submissions manually.
Update 9:50am: More specifically, all Canvas users (instructors and students) may be having trouble viewing documents within the Canvas browser/DocViewer. Files can still be downloaded and edited on the user’s desktop.
Update 4:00pm: Canvas, UNF’s learning management system, was experiencing issues with the DocViewer and SpeedGrader that prevented files from opening in Canvas for faculty and students. ]]>UPDATE: Users experienced errors when attempting to access Canvas from 4:29PM until 4:59PM today. This issue appeared to be vendor-related, and the vendor has announced the issue resolved. If users continue to experience issues please contact CIRT or the ITS Help Desk.
ORIGINAL: Canvas users are experiencing long load times and/or 504 page time-out errors when accessing the LMS. This issue appears to be vendor-related. Instructure is aware of the outage, and they are working on implementing a fix.
]]>The following day, some users were still reporting issues with group memberships after Canvas course access was restored. At 7pm, group memberships within courses were restored for all students. Please contact CIRT at cirtlab@unf.edu if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Update 8/24/2020 11:41 am EST: Zoom is in the process of deploying a fix for this issue, and some users may already see improvement.
Resolved 8/24/2020 12:23 pm EST: The fix is fully implemented, and users should now be able to start and join Zoom meetings and log into the Zoom portal.
