Students and Instructors will be unable to access their courses during the entire maintenance window. Pearson will post a message 72 hours before the maintenance on the sign-on pages for my lab and mastering, and a splash page about the maintenance work will show during that time.

]]>Taking an assignment in any of those browsers will return a grade of 0 regardless of the score achieved in the SCORM assignment.

Instructure is currently aware of the issue, and are working on implementing a fix. We will update this post as we get more information.
Update 10/2/2020: Instructure will be performing an upgrade to the SCORM LTI on October 10th, 2020 starting at 3 am EST, which will last up to 6 hours. Users may be unable to access the tool for the duration of the maintenance.
Resolution 10/10/2020: The SCORM LTI was updated, and should now function across all browsers.

Scheduled Attendance (Roll Call) maintenance on 7/30/2018 at 9:00 PM PST (12:00 AM EST)
Hi Admins—
We’ll be performing maintenance on the Attendance (Roll Call) tool in Canvas on Monday, July 30th starting at 9:00 PM PST / 12:00 AM EST. Your users will not be able to access the Attendance interface to take new attendance or generate attendance reports for up to an hour during this maintenance event.
