12/16/2016 – Blackboard Enrollments – FIXED

At 6:18PM 12/16 the Blackboard enrollments were confirmed fixed.  Please contact CIRT if you continue to see any inconsistencies with your student roaster in Blackboard.

As of 3:54PM 12/16 Student enrollments are slow to update in Blackboard.  ITS is working on the issue and we will continue providing updates as we receive them.

12/13/2016 – Upcoming Blackboard Maintenance

Blackboard will be unavailable from December 14 at 12:00 a.m. until December 16 at 11:59 p.m. to perform scheduled system maintenance. During this maintenance window, the Fall 2014 courses will be removed from the system and the Fall 2016 courses will be set to unavailable for students.

SafeAssign and ShareStream will be updated, but the updates do not include any new features.

11/20/2016 – Blackboard Unavailable

At 9:34AM Sunday, Nov. 20th ITS announced Blackboard services were unavailable.  The cause of the issue was quickly identified and resolved.  Blackboard services became available at 12:25PM Sunday, Nov. 20th.  During that three hour period users were unable to access Blackboard, and would have received the message “Blackboard is experiencing technical difficulties.  Please try your back button in a few moments.”.

11/09/2016 – SpeedGrader Errors Resolved

At 9:23PM 11/08/2016 Canvas reported to campus admins the problems causing some users to experience error messages in SpeedGrader have been fixed.
