Canvas Importing and Exporting Slowness – Resolved

11:07 am the Canvas DevOps team has found the root cause and implemented a fix. We see normal job processes returning and have ramped up resources to process any backlogged jobs.

Users may see longer than normal job process times, this will affect users downloading files, uploading files, downloading gradebook exports. The Canvas DevOps team has been monitoring the Job queue and are actively looking for the root cause of the backlog.

We will monitor their progress and provide updates as they are available.
