11/09/2016 – SpeedGrader Errors Resolved

At 9:23PM 11/08/2016 Canvas reported to campus admins the problems causing some users to experience error messages in SpeedGrader have been fixed.

Our engineering team has addressed the errors experienced during document previewing and services should now be back to normal. Thank you so much for your patience during this time and we’ll be sending out a more detailed report by the end of business on Thursday, November 10th.
