Starting at 12:15PM Tuesday, April 19th Blackboard experienced a brief service interruption lasting 5mins and again at 12:31PM . Blackboard currently is unavailable and at this time users are unable to access Blackboard and users already in Blackboard may have experience error messages. The root cause for yesterday and today’s interruptions had been identified and is currently being worked on.
3:02PM UPDATE
ITS has informed us that they are making progress in restoring Blackboard services and they will inform us as soon as Blackboard is backup.
