11/08/2016 – SpeedGrader Update

At 11:32PM Canvas Support sent this update to campus administrators regarding the sporadic error message some users are encountering in SpeedGrader.

Hello Admins—

We have deployed better error handling within Canvas in order to collect the necessary data from Crocodoc, so we can better help them identify the recent timeouts.  We’re continuing to work closely with our partners, to ensure that everything functions as intended, and we will provide updates by end of day tomorrow or sooner, based upon any new data we may receive.
