Blackboard recently ended its contract with the MYEDU Profile provider that allowed users to build a social profile within Blackboard. This social profile allowed users to add a Picture, Major of Study, Degree Type, and other information to a Blackboard profile. In recent weeks, the profile works inconsistently, and in many cases, users cannot create or edit profiles. Changes made on the MYEDU website do not appear to propagate to Blackboard. We advise against use of the tool at this time.
