As of 1:00PM, Jan. 10th, 2017 Canvas announced the Chat tool fixed. Please contact CIRT at cirtlab@unf.edu or 620-3927 if you are still experiencing issues.
As of 11:44AM, Jan. 10th, 2017 the Chat tool in Canvas courses is not working. We have confirmed with Canvas support that it is an issue with all of their customers, and they are working on resolving the problem now. We will continue to post updates as we receive them.
